Both Felix and I are celebrating Christmas today, on the 24th of December, with big family dinners in the evening! So I hope you're all going to have a wonderful celebration as well!! :)
Here are some photos taken just a few days ago - Vienna around Christmas really looks like some kind of Winter Wonderland - lights and decorations everywhere! My favourite thing to do in winter is visiting all the different christmas markets around the city and on the photos you can see two of them: the Freyung and the Rathaus (meaning city hall in English) "Christkindl"-markets (- that's the way they are called in German).

the next christmas market - the biggest and the most famous one in Vienna - the one in front of the city hall!
you can get the tastiest sweet things here - if you ever plan on visiting Vienna during the Christmas season - get yourself a "Baumkuchen" at one of the markets- it's my favourite!!
baked potatoes at "Potato Jim 107" with cheese, ham, corn and garlic sauce - something I love to get every year!! ^^
and of course a christmas market classic - punch!!! I can suggest the one with berry flavour - yummy!! :))
